With the third book in the series the author is more confident with characters and creating a fantasy world. These who love dragons and shifters are going to like it.
A lot of a cat!Charlie and a dragon!Alexander moments which was nice. And a lot of training and fighting scenes that I found boring.
A little bit of more background info, for readers who had read previous books months ago or for these who started series with this book, would have been most helpful.
I hope there is going to be another book in the series. As Charlie and Alexander, now are definitely my favourite characters, and I'm curious what their next Task might be. *refuses to think of possibility of Charlie and Alexander not being sent together*
Please note that the author is of one my GR friends but is has no impact on my enjoyment or honest reflection on the book.
