4.5Anton and Karl were students in the same university, friends and lovers. When they meet six years later, Anton is a Catholic priest and Karl was in imprisoned by the Nazi and later by the Russians and now is on the run. This was my prompt and I'm very happy how Austen wrote this story! :) One of the most important things that I wanted to see in the story was that the priest is not much bothered by his sexsual orientation. And the author made it to work :) And while Father Anton has been slowly losing his faith in God for years, the story still stays respectful to religion. Plus the historical accuracy is always more than welcome.
